Science and Technology Associates’ offices are located at 4100 Fairfax Drive, Suite 910, Arlington, Virginia, three blocks from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and one block from the Ballston station of Washington's Metro rail system (Orange Line). STA occupies 13,200 square feet of office space on the ninth floor of this building, with ample storage facilities at garage level. This location affords convenient travel to and from the Pentagon and DoD offices in the Washington, D.C. area. STA's location also provides convenient access to Reagan National and Dulles International airports.

Conference Facilities: STA has four conference rooms, the largest of which will accommodate 50 attendees. The next largest room will seat up to 20. The remaining two will hold 12. Support equipment for conducting meetings is available including two video teleconferencing (VTC) systems (mobile within the suite), LCD and overhead projectors, television/VCR/DVD, and an electronic print board. The VTC units can be used to link the largest conference room with the 20 seat conference room to host meetings of up to 70 attendees. Other conference room/VTC configurations are also possible.

Computer/Network Facilities: STA's LAN is a 10/100 Base-T, Cisco-based environment. Internet connectivity is provided via a T1 connection, and Virtual Private Networking is routinely used both by STA employees and clients. Each room in the suite is equipped with at least one hard-wired LAN port, and conference rooms have networking options available. STA also has wireless connectivity options external to the STA firewall.
