Technical Expertise
STA's team of employees and resident consultants is composed of individuals that are among the foremost experts in their respective disciplines. Members of our technical staff average over 25 years of experience analyzing, developing, and implementing defense programs. Approximately 80% of our technical staff hold master's degrees, and approximately 20% hold doctorates. Additionally, selected members of our technical staff have extensive military operations backgrounds or significant government program development and management experience.
This unique level of experience, combined with our avoidance of real or perceived organizational conflicts of interest through our policy of providing only Scientific, Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support, enables STA to devise effective, tailored solutions for our Government clients.
