Since our inception nearly thirty years ago, STA has maintained a narrow focus with respect to the clients we have chosen to work with and the services we have chosen to provide. Specifically, over the course of our existence, STA has always provided U.S. Government clients with independent Scientific, Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) work for these clients. Because STA has never focused on commercial clients or completed "performer" work, U.S. Government program managers do not have to address potential Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI) when STA is selected to support a program.
